I know I say it every month, but I LOVE this link-up! It’s fun to see how everyone interprets each month’s prompts and what they’re up to! Here’s what I’m CURRENTLY…
snacking (on): Dark Salted Brown Butter Chocolate. I discovered this chocolate bar at Publix yesterday, and it jumped into my cart all by itself. I don’t usually eat chocolate, but this bar apparently thought I’d like it. It’s right. I’m eating it as slowly as possible and savoring every delicious molecule.

anticipating: Our upcoming trip to the Atlanta area. We hope to do a 5-mile walk at/near the Panola Mountain State Park. We also have tickets to see the Serenbe Playhouse’s production of Robin Hood. The show is performed in a forest (perfect, right?!?), so we hope the weather will cooperate. We’re excited to explore a new area and a new theater option!
borrowing: Trouble. Nope! Just kidding! There ARE several weighty concerns knocking about my noggin these days, but I will not fret about them. I’m praying for guidance and wisdom and trusting God to provide it! This is when I go to Philippians 4:6-7. I love how The Message puts it:
“Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.” Philippians 4:16
admiring: The photography (okay, and the food) over at King Arthur Flour. Their Instagram feed is crazy beautiful! Every month I intend to join in on their #bakealong, but I still haven’t followed through. Maybe this month I’ll go back and pick one of my favorite bakealongs and actually, you know, BAKE it.

purchasing: A llama llamp. Yep. Not joking. Thank you, World Market, for making decorating fun!
Did anyone else purchase an amazing llama llamp?!? Let’s see! Join me as I jump over to Anne’s and Shea’s blogs to see what they (and others) are CURRENTLY up to!

That chocolate bar sounds delicious! Your Atlanta trip this weekend sounds like fun! Hope you have a great time! And what a cute lamp. Can’t say I have one of those!
Thanks for stopping by! The chocolate IS amazing, and I don’t often love chocolate! I’ll post about the Atlanta trip; I’m looking forward to it. Llama says to tell you hello and that he appreciates your taking time to leave a comment!
That llama lamp is too fun! And oh boy, that chocolate sounds GOOD. I always keep a bar of dark chocolate in my desk at work and have a square or two every day, but I’d have a hard time going slowly with that one!
I’ll share my chocolate with you, Shea! Thanks for stopping by! And thanks for hosting today’s linkup! Llama says hello!
I haven’t been to a play in forever – I need to check one out. I love them. Have fun in Atlanta!
LOVE the llama lamp. Too fun.
We love live theater! This place looks good, and I have high hopes! I mean, zip lines are involved in Robin Hood! That’s GOT to be good, right?!?
No llama lamp but I blogged about lamps too! That chocolate looks amazing! Have a blast in Atlanta! I’d love to see a play in a forest!
Hooray for lamps! I’ll let you know how Robin Hood goes. If it’s good, I’d like to get back up there for Sleepy Hollow (Halloween) and the Snow Queen (Christmas). For both of those you move through the forest for different scenes of the play! Cool, huh?!?
Ha! I love the llama lamp, and your photo makes it even better. That chocolate looks crazy good too. And I am headed to Atlanta this weekend, but for work so I have no time to do any of that fun stuff in the area, sadly.
Thanks for stopping by, Anne! Enjoy your trip to Atlanta. Too bad you won’t have time to play. There’s SO much fun stuff to do in that area! I know how it goes though. I work homeschool conventions all over the country, and all I get to see is the inside of an exhibition hall!
Oh, Robin Hood in the forest? Wow!! What a good time that should be. Can’t wait to read your review.
I don’t need a llama lamp, although yours is mighty cute. I could use an elephant lamp, though. I forget to check World Market but they always have such unusual things.
Hope through prayer you find some peace and resolution to the concerns bouncing around in your brain. Praying as I prepare and try to fall asleep usually brings me the peace I need to be able to rest. Wishing you peace.
Thank you, sweet Leslie! God provided guidance as I knew He would! All is well. World Market is fantastic! Here’s an elephant lamp for you! https://www.worldmarket.com/product/indian+elephant+accent+lamp+base.do?sortby=ourPicks&from=Search
