Kayaking Season Begins!

Last Saturday Gene and I hit the water again, and it was only FEBRUARY, y’all!  What what?!?  The weather here in Coastal Georgia is always…interesting.  But if February wants to hand us temps around 80, we’re going kayaking! A New Kayaking Adventure!

You know how you hear about a place, and you scope it out online, and you wonder if the real thing looks anywhere near as gorgeous as it does online?  Yeah?  Well, THIS place delivered!We recently heard about George L. Smith State Park and decided to check it out this weekend.  On Sunday we loaded up the kayaks and a picnic, went to the early service at church, and then headed out on our adventure.
