You guys.  Have you discovered the magic of charcuterie boards yet?!?  My first charcuterie experience was at Sweet Grass Dairy‘s Cheese Shop in Thomasville, Georgia.  I was smitten.  Cheeses.  Jams.  Pickles.  Nuts.  Oh, man! We’re having a rainy Friday here today.  Temps are nice.  A cool 62 degrees last I looked.  (Yes, that’s cool for Coastal Georgia!)  It’s been a quiet day.  A pajama day, if you’d like to know.  It’s been a good day for mulling things over, you know?
